"Firstly the booking was incorrect and despite booking a round trip, the return journey had been booked incorrectly. The driver went to my home address instead of the airport.
A replacement cab was sent instead. The vehicle was not fit for purpose. There were safety warnings flashing on the dashboard (I have video evidence of this) for the entire journey and the car felt as though it was going to break down. The driver seemed stressed about the car but did not let on. He seemed to be driving much slower than the speed limit. He went the wrong way and so it took almost 2 hours to do a 1 hour journey. He was also talking loudly on his phone for part of the journey. It was very stressful and unpleasant experience overall."
"Really great services. My flight was delayed and luggage late but he was kind and patient. When my luggage didn't arrived he took me by a shop to get sundries. And while he had to wait a while, the free was great. "
