"My understanding of 'Meet and Greet' (as was supposed to be the case) is that the driver would be waiting inside the terminal. This did not happen, however it was not really necessary in this case and communication from the driver was good. The same could not be said for our journey to the airport with you, which I have not been given the opportunity to provide feedback on."
