"The driver went to the postcode I had for the address but I hadn't realised this took him to a different entrance to the school. Unfortunately this meant I was a bit late but this wasn't the driver's fault - it was just a frustrating fact about SatNav! The Road I had requested was St Leonard's Road but the driver went to the Merland Road school entrance following the directions of the SatNav from the postcode. He was on time there but it was about 15 minutes later that he found me at the St Leonard's Road entrance and we set off. He was very polite and friendly, he drove safely and I would definitely use this taxi company again. Thank you."
