The website was easy and quick to use, the messaging between the website and me quick, the lady who called me about my address instruction very friendly and nice and my taxi driver arrived earlier to my pick-up address to make sure everything goes well and if I needed help with my luggage. He even helped me out at the train station. I was very stressed that day catching the train and I missed thanking him enough and to give him a tip. "I was arriving at Gatwick from Canada. I had boojed 2 weeks earlier online. My destination was Berwick in Sussex. Your route planner selected a different destination. I was contacted by email just before my flight departure and told that because my real destination was 5km further, I had to pay an additional £50 in addition to the £62.50 I had already paid when I booked. Unless I agreed, my driver was to be cancelled. I think this was very unethical. "
